Sam has been in the QS industry for over 15 years having worked for small to medium size quantity surveying firms and construction companies in different roles ranging from quantity surveyor/senior estimator to project manager.

Sam has been involved in the construction financial management of a wide range of commercial, residential and industrial projects acting on behalf of banks, developers and builders for both private and public sector for value of works ranging from $500,000 to $100,000,000.

Sam is married with six children and enjoys spending time with the family.
